Ruxandra Mladin is an actress, director, and acting teacher with experience both on stage and on camera. She graduated from the prestigious Stella Adler Academy of Acting & Theatre in Los Angeles, an institution dedicated to the legacy of one of the most influential figures in American actor training.

During her time in Los Angeles, she performed in Waiting for Lefty and Book of Days, both directed by Oscar and Emmy winner Milton Justice. Her education and work there grounded her practice in the Stella Adler tradition, with its emphasis on imagination, deep preparation, and a rich understanding of the world beyond oneself.

Returning to Romania, Ruxandra starred in the Romanian premiere of David Ives’ Venus in Fur. She also translated and directed Toți, the Romanian premiere of Branden Jacobs-Jenkins’ Everybody, produced by Actors Anonymous.

In 2024, she founded Actors Anonymous to bring rigorous acting training and international creative exchange to Bucharest. Through classes, productions, and collaborations, she creates opportunities for aspiring and professional actors to deepen their craft.

Drawing on her stage and on-camera experience, Ruxandra encourages actors to develop imaginative freedom, confidence, and discipline. Her vision for Actors Anonymous is a supportive creative community where curiosity is encouraged and artistic growth is an ongoing practice.
