This Privacy Policy ("Policy") explains how ACTORS ANONYMOUS SRL (hereinafter: "ACTORS ANONYMOUS SRL" or the "Company") collects, processes and protects your personal data.
ACTORS ANONYMOUS SRL knows the importance of your data and is committed to protecting their confidentiality and security, processing your personal data in full compliance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 ("General Data Protection Regulation" or "GDPR"), Law 190/2018 on measures to implement Regulation (EU) 2016/679.
We reserve the right to periodically update and modify this Policy to reflect any changes in the way we process your personal data or any changes in legal requirements. 2. Principles relating to the processing of personal data
"Lawfulness, fairness and transparency": Personal data shall be processed lawfully, fairly and transparently in relation to the data subject.
"Purpose limitation": Personal data is collected for specified, explicit and legitimate purposes and is not further processed in a way incompatible with those purposes;
'Data minimisation': Personal data shall be adequate, relevant and limited to what is necessary in relation to the purposes for which they are processed;
"Accuracy": Personal data is accurate and, where necessary, will be updated; personal data which are inaccurate, having regard to the purposes for which they are processed, are erased or rectified without delay;
"Storage limitations": Personal data are kept in a form which permits identification of data subjects for no longer than is necessary for the purposes for which the data are processed;

3. Purposes and grounds for collecting and processing your personal data
ACTORS ANONYMOUS SRL collects and processes your personal data for the following purposes:
- to carry out the contractual relationship between you and ACTORS ANONYMOUS SRL, respectively to process your orders, to validate, send and invoiche your placed order, inform you about the status of the order, organize the return of ordered products, etc.
The processing of your data for this purpose is based on the contract concluded between you and ACTORS ANONYMOUS SRL. The provision of your personal data is necessary for the performance of this contract. Refusal to provide data may result in the impossibility of carrying out the contractual relations between you and ACTORS ANONYMOUS SRL
- for marketing purposes, to inform you about promotional campaigns, to communicate news about our products, if you give your consent;
- to fulfill the legal obligations incumbent on ACTORS ANONYMOUS SRL in the context of the services provided through the Site, including tax obligations, as well as archiving.
The processing of your data for this purpose is necessary on the basis of legal obligations.
- At the same time, we use your personal data to improve our products and your experience when shopping from us through any sales channel.

The data collected by ACTORS ANONYMOUS SRL are: name and surname, gender, e-mail address, delivery address, billing details, payment method, telephone number, bank card details, etc.
5. How we collect:
- by order (via internet or telephone) - when ordering products, you must provide us with your personal data so that we can process your order;
- by registration – in the context of creating a user account, in the context of placing an order through our website ACTORS-ANONYMOUS.RO or in any other way resulting from the use of the Site.
6. Duration for which we process your data
ACTORS ANONYMOUS SRL will process your personal data as much as necessary to achieve the processing purposes mentioned above.
If you are a customer, we will process your data throughout the contractual relationship and subsequently according to the legal obligations incumbent on ACTORS ANONYMOUS SRL (eg, in the case of financial-accounting supporting documents for which the retention period provided by law is 10 years from the end of the financial year during which they were drawn up).
If you are a customer and exercise the option to delete your user account, we will no longer send you emails and / or sms of this kind. However, we would like to inform you that deleting your account will not automatically delete your personal data.
If you no longer want your personal data to be processed or if you want to delete the data, you can exercise the rights detailed in point 9 below. If you request the deletion of the account, but there is at least one active order on that account, the request for deletion of the account can be registered only after delivery of the products and completion of the last active order.
If you withdraw your consent to data processing for marketing purposes, ACTORS ANONYMOUS SRL will cease processing your personal data for this purpose, without affecting the processing carried out by ACTORS ANONYMOUS SRL based on your consent before its withdrawal.
7. Disclosure of personal data
In order to fulfill the processing purposes, ACTORS ANONYMOUS SRL may disclose your data to partners, third parties or entities that support ACTORS ANONYMOUS SRL in carrying out its activity through the Site (eg courier companies, IT service providers).
8. Transfer of personal data
Personal data provided to ACTORS ANONYMOUS SRL may be transferred outside Romania, but only to countries in the European Union.
No personal data is transferred to recipients in countries outside the European Union without ensuring effective protection of such data. In cases where absolutely necessary and in the context of the activities and operations of ACTORS ANONYMOUS SRL, the transfer of personal data outside the European Union may be allowed, exceptionally, as long as effective protection is guaranteed for the secure processing of personal data, in accordance with Regulation no. 679/2016 and with taking all necessary measures before the Data Protection Authority, prior to the actual transfer of data, in those areas where, according to the abovementioned Regulation, prior authorisation from the competent authority for the transfer of data is required.
9. Your rights
Under the conditions provided by the legislation on the processing of personal data, as data subjects, you benefit from the following rights:
- the right to information, respectively the right to receive details of the processing activities carried out by ACTORS ANONYMOUS SRL, as described in this document;
- the right of access to data, respectively the right to obtain confirmation from ACTORS ANONYMOUS SRL regarding the processing of personal data, as well as details of processing activities such as the way in which the data are processed, the purpose for which the processing is done, the recipients or categories of recipients of the data, etc.;
- the right to rectification, respectively the right to obtain the correction, without justified delay, by ACTORS ANONYMOUS SRL of inaccurate / unjustified personal data, as well as the completion - of incomplete data; The rectification / completion will be communicated to each recipient to whom the data were transmitted, unless this proves impossible or involves disproportionate efforts.
- the right to delete data, without undue delay, ("the right to be forgotten"), if one of the following reasons applies: (i) they are no longer necessary for the purposes for which they were collected or processed; (ii) where consent is withdrawn and there is no other legal basis for processing; (iii) if the data subject opposes the processing and there are no legitimate reasons to prevail; (iv) where the personal data have been processed unlawfully; (v) where personal data must be erased for compliance with a legal obligation; (vi) the personal data have been collected in connection with the provision of information society services under Union or Member State law to which the controller is located.
It is possible that, following the request for data deletion, ACTORS ANONYMOUS SRL will anonymize this data (thus depriving them of personal character) and continue processing for statistical purposes under these conditions;
- the right to restrict processing to the extent that you have doubts about the accuracy of the data, as well as in other cases provided by law;
- the right to data portability, respectively (i) the right to receive personal data in a structured, commonly used and easy-to-read format, as well as (ii) the right to have such data transmitted by ACTORS ANONYMOUS SRL to another data operator, to the extent that the conditions provided by law are met;
- the right to opposition – respectively the right to oppose the processing of personal data that is based on a legal basis that ACTORS ANONYMOUS SRL considers legitimate. In addition, you have the right to object at any time to the processing of personal data for direct marketing purposes.
- the right not to be subject to an automatic individual decision, respectively the right not to be the subject of a decision taken solely on the basis of automatic processing activities, including profiling, which produces legal effects concerning the data subject or similarly affects him to a significant extent;
- the right to address the National Supervisory Authority for Personal Data Processing or the competent courts, to the extent that you consider it necessary.
10. Data Security
ACTORS ANONYMOUS SRL will take appropriate security measures, including informing and training employees, on the protection of personal data against threats, such as:
i. accidental loss or theft;
ii. unauthorized access, use or disclosure;
iii. unauthorized copying, alteration, falsification or modification of data;
iv. unlawful or unauthorized retention of data; and
V. Accidental or unlawful destruction
Employees of ACTORS ANONYMOUS SRL will take appropriate measures to prevent misuse or loss of personal data, and to prevent unauthorized access to personal data: employees will report any situation of misuse or alleged misuse, loss or unauthorized access to the Human Resources Department and/or, possibly, to the IT Department, if the above actions are caused by technical or technological problems.
Verification of the level of protection:
ACTORS ANONYMOUS SRL regularly performs controls on the procedures regarding the collection, storage and processing of personal data to verify the effectiveness of the measures applied for data protection.
