Our trainers
Liliana Toma is an accomplished casting director with over 20 years of experience in the film and television industry. A graduate in Filmmaking, her passion for cinema and attention to detail have established her as one of Romania’s leading casting professionals, contributing to a wide range of commercially successful and critically acclaimed projects. Her impressive portfolio includes work on international productions such as The Nun, Comrade Detective, the Oscar-nominated Toni Erdmann, and the Emmy Award-winning series Hatfields & McCoys.
Throughout her career, Liliana has collaborated with major studios and networks, including Netflix, HBO, Showtime, Warner Brothers, New Line Cinema, BBC, Canal+, and The History Channel. Her expertise and dedication to her craft have earned her the opportunity to work alongside renowned filmmakers such as Oscar- and Golden Globe-nominated director Roland Joffé and trailblazer Steve Barron.
Liliana is known for her meticulous approach and her talent in recognizing actors’ potential, whether they are at the beginning of their career or already established professionals. She continues to be an influential figure in the movie industry, always exploring new ways of innovating the casting process and supporting the next generation of actors.
Building on her extensive industry experience, Liliana now shares her knowledge with aspiring actors through a specialized course in on-camera techniques and audition skills. In this course, students gain invaluable insights into the casting process, learning directly from one of the industry’s top professionals. Liliana’s guidance helps students refine their on-screen presence, understand the nuances of auditioning, and develop the skills needed to succeed in a competitive industry.
Deeply passionate about acting, Ruxandra Mladin honed her craft at Stella Adler’s prestigious school in Los Angeles. Her time in LA gave her the chance to work with award winning directors and immerse herself in the world’s top acting industry.
Returning home, Ruxandra starred in the Romanian premiere of David Ives’ Tony award winning play Venus in Fur and now dedicates herself to channeling her knowledge and experience to the next generation of performers.
Tim Reznitsky’s journey in acting has taken him from graduating the renowned Nissan Nativ Acting Studio in Jerusalem to the stages of Israel and Romania.
With expertise in both improv and traditional acting techniques, he brings a dynamic and holistic approach to his teaching, empowering aspiring actors to unlock their full potential on stage and screen.
Daria Ștefan is one of Romania’s most promising young voices, with over a decade of musical experience. Her unique vocal talent and stage presence have earned her recognition both nationally and internationally.
She graduated from the School of Popular Arts and the National College of Arts, and is currently pursuing jazz studies at the National University of Music Bucharest.
Daria’s career includes releasing original songs, such as Everybody's Somebody's Angel, composed by Grammy-nominated Jud Friedman, best known for writing Whitney Houston’s global hit Run to You, and her 2021 debut jazz album, A Taste of Jazz, an artistically refined creation featuring innovative interpretations of jazz standards.
Her numerous awards from prestigious competitions and festivals attest to her talent, along with her appearances on major Romanian TV networks Antena 1, Pro TV, and Kanal D.
Daria’s international performances include shows in the US, UK and France, demonstrating her ability to connect with diverse audiences. A skilled and passionate artist, she continues to evolve, captivating music lovers worldwide.
With years of formal training in both pop music and jazz, combined with her rich stage experience, Daria brings technical mastery, emotional depth, and professional insight into her teaching. Her international exposure and ability to interpret a wide range of musical genres enable her to offer students a comprehensive learning experience. As a mentor, she draws from her own journey—balancing discipline and creativity—to inspire aspiring singers, helping them unlock their unique voices and reach their full potential.
